Focusing on a system approach, I investigate the client’s needs encompassing the operational processes, corporate culture, communication, strategic planning, and the results of the organization’s performance. I use my workshops to close the gaps and improve the client’s performance.

Positioning ourselves to be your Quality Tools training department, Amazon has created the Quality Tools 101 Instructor-led online workshops focused to customize Quality Management planning, problem-solving methodologies/tools, and process implementation.

 Amazon Consulting, Inc. offers performance assessments and strategic planning facilitation that will develop a clear, practical strategic plan for measurable results. Individual development coaching for business professionals is also offered.
